Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product is received
• Product is defective

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor packaging damage
• Incorrect address provided by customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
